Conrad Anker On 30th September 2024, an inspiring ASPIRE session was held at Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham for students of Classes VII to IX, led by Mount Everest climber Mr. Bhagwan Singh. He shared his journey of perseverance and grit, emphasizing the importance of setting goals, facing challenges with courage, and never giving up. A humble heart is the foundation of all virtues Rohini House conducted a thought-provoking assembly on humility and courtesy, showcasing its importance through a captivating courtroom trial scene from Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, poignantly illustrating the transformative power of kindness and humility highlighting Portia's wise words, " The quality of mercy is not strain'd." The assembly received appreciation from the audience with praise for its creative and engaging approach to conveying essential life values. हिंदी हिंद की शान है, गौरव है,अभिमान है, मान है, सम्मान , हिंदी अपनी जान है । आज 14.9.24 को सागर पब्लिक स्कूल द्वारका धाम परिसर में #हिंदीदिवस का आयोजन किया गया।इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के कक्षा तीसरी से नवीं तक के #विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया। कक्षा तीसरी के नन्हें विद्यार्थियों ने कवि सम्मेलन किया जिसमें कई प्रसिद्ध कवियों की लोकप्रिय रचनाओं का पाठ किया गया। साथ ही विभिन्न कक्षा के कलाकारों ने नाटक, गीत एवं भाषण प्रस्तुत किये।इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में लेखक एवं कवि श्री अनिल मेहेंदले जी उपस्थित थे। इन्होनें अपने भाषण में कहा कि हिंदी #भाषा के विकास के लिए हम सदैव प्रयासरत रहेंगे और इसकी प्रगति में हमारा योगदान मिलता रहेगा। प्राचार्य महोदया ने अपने विचार प्रकट करते हुए हिंदी का महत्व बताया और अपनी सभी को अपनी शुभकामनाएँ दी।

“ That’s your best friend and your worst enemy - Your Brain “ - Fred Durst Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham, recently organized an enriching session for classes 3-5, aimed at unlocking the full potential of the brain. The school counselor, Priyanka Tiwari, led the students through engaging brain gym exercises, which were met with great enthusiasm. These exercises, designed to activate both the right and left brain, were highlighted for their importance in enhancing cognitive abilities. By practicing them daily, students can stimulate balanced brain development, empowering them to reach their full potential and excel in all areas of learning.

Teacher’s Day Celebration

A good teacher is the master of simplification and an enemy of simplism Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great fervour. On this occasion, the young Sagarites presented an array of captivating cultural performances. The event was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding the portraits of Goddess Saraswati and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Students showcased dances, skits, and melodious songs highlighting the greatness of teachers. In the address, it was emphasised that students and teachers are incomplete without each other. Shaping the future and character of students has always been a priority for teachers. Insights were shared about Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan through a dance drama, appreciating the respect and honour given by students to their teachers. Eco- Friendly Ganesha Making Activity

"Ganesha's teachings light the path of life" Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham organized Eco- Friendly Ganesha Making Activity on 4th September 2024 for young sagarites of class Nursery to KGII. Students were encouraged to create their Mini Ganesha using paper Mache. It was organized to develop the motor skills as well as to inculcate the traditional values in them and also to sensitize them towards the environment. Mud is a messy and joyous medium full of great possibilities, our tiny tots were all smiles with a sense of accomplishment.
