This was followed by a mesmerizing classical dance and an enchanting mythological dance, showcasing the rich cultural heritage that grandparents have passed down through generations. Adding to the excitement, we have fun games specially planned for our beloved grandparents, ensuring laughter and cherished memories. The event also featured a parody of old songs, bringing a nostalgic touch to the celebration. Finally, the day was concluded with a spectacular grand finale dance, expressing our love and appreciation in the most vibrant way. Fascinating world of Aquatic Animals

On February 14, 2025, Class KG I-B presented an assembly on the #fascinating world of #Aquatic #Animals. The assembly began with a captivating introduction of aquatic animals in our ecosystem. Students spoke informative points on various aquatic creatures such as dolphins, whales, sharks, and fish. National Girl Child Day Celebration

On 12th February, the school observed National Girl Child Day to raise awareness about the rights and #challenges faced by girls. The event began with a brief introduction on the importance of gender equality and the need to #empower girls through #education and protection from discrimination.\r\nClass IV-A presented a skit highlighting the importance of supporting girls and providing them with equal #opportunities. Sagar Public School Dwarka Dham Students Attend Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025. On February 10, 2025, students of Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham, participated in #ParikshaPeCharcha 2025. The session, led by #PM #Narendra #Modi, provided valuable insights on stress management and effective study techniques, inspiring students to approach exams with confidence.

Importance of fruit consumption

The young #Sagarites of Class KGI A presented a wonderful class assembly on February 7, 2025 on the topic - #Fruits. The main purpose of this assembly was to create and educate children about the importance and consumption of fruits in regular diet. Students dressed up in a beautiful manner in relation with the different types of fruits like - apple, #strawberry, #watermelon, orange and mango. Students spoke #confidently and concluded the assembly with a melodious song.

Basant Panchami celebration

Today, on 3 February 2025, Basant Panchami festival was celebrated with great joy on the auspicious occasion of Basant Utsav at Sagar Public School Dwarka Dham. In which all the children worshiped Maa Saraswati with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, the principal of the school told the children about the natural celebration of Maa Saraswati. In his address, Principal sir described the glory of Maa Saraswati and said that Maa Saraswati is the goddess of knowledge and we all should worship Maa Saraswati daily to gain knowledge. On this occasion, students also received certificates while participating in various competitions, as well as Saraswati Mantra was written from children through writing improvement and pure writing method.

Wildlife conservation message by KG II

An assembly was conducted by the students of Class kg II "C" on #Wildlife #Conservation. The children shared their views on the importance of protecting animals and plants. They highlighted that wildlife plays a key role in our ecosystem and the loss of even a single species can disrupt the food chains and the nutrient cycles. Wildlife conservation helps maintain the balance of #ecosystems and promote #biodiversity. The children beautifully conveyed this message through their dance performance that #plants and #animals live in harmony with each other. They are happy to be a part of nature. We should not only care for our domestic animals, but we should also learn to care about wild animals.

Special Assembly topic - Patriotism

Patriotism is love and loyalty toward one’s country. It’s not just waving flags but also taking pride in the nation’s achievements and contributing to its development. Keeping the immense spirit of #Patriotism in their hearts, the students of Class II -C staged their Special Assembly on January 25, 2025, on the topic - Patriotism. The program's highlight was the #freedom #fighters of our country enacted by our tiny tots, following with a small quiz testing the knowledge about our country. The assembly was concluded with a #mesmerizing dance presentation which was appreciated by all.

Space talk from young Sagarites

With inspiration of dreaming big, our young #Sagarites of KGII-B presented an impressive class assembly on the topic #SPACE on Friday, 24th January 2025. Through engaging presentations they shared their knowledge about planets , stars , satellites , #astronauts , and #India's #lunar mission #Chandrayan. The event culminated with a captivating dance performance, paying tribute to Chandrayan's moon landing.

ASPIRE session on Oral Hygiene

An #ASPIRE session was conducted for the students of grade III to V featuring Dr. Pooja Tripathi- A dental child specialist and an expertise in Braces. The topic for the aspire session was Oral Hygiene. The oral #hygiene session was an insightful and interactive experience, aimed at promoting healthy dental habits. Participants learned about the importance of brushing and flossing, proper techniques to use, and how to choose the right products for their oral care routine. The session also addressed common dental issues, such as cavities, gum disease, and bad breath, while providing practical tips for prevention. She discussed the technique on how a broken tooth be regenerated by preserving it in milk. #Emphasis was placed on the role of a balanced diet and regular dental check-ups in maintaining long-term oral health. The young #Sagarites left with a better understanding of how small changes in their daily routines can make a big difference in preserving their smiles for years to come.

ASPIRE Session on Traffic Rules and Road Safety

Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham, hosted an enlightening #ASPIRE Session on Traffic Rules and Road Safety on January 22, 2025 featuring esteemed guests ACP Devendra Yadav, Girish Yadav from the Traffic Education Cell, and Traffic Inspector Mr Kanhaiya Lal Meena. The session was organised as part of the Government of India's project "#Parvah", which aims to foster awareness about traffic rules and road safety, particularly among young children. The initiative aligns with the school’s commitment to nurturing responsible citizens. During the session, the speakers #emphasised the importance of adhering to traffic rules, wearing helmets, and using seat belts. They also demonstrated essential safety measures such as pedestrian crossing techniques, the significance of traffic signals, and the dangers of reckless driving. The ASPIRE Session proved to be an impactful initiative, leaving the students inspired and better informed about the vital role of traffic discipline in ensuring safety for all.

Festivals of India celebrated

"Festivals are the heartbeat of a culture, bringing people together to celebrate the richness of tradition and the joy of shared experiences." Keeping the immense spirit of Indian culture in their hearts, the students of Class KG II "A" staged their special assembly on 17 January 2025 on the topic - *Festivals of India. From the dazzling lights of Diwali to the colourful fun of Holi, the joyful moments of Eid to Christmas, our young Sagarites explored the unique festivals of India. They spoke about diverse religions, cultures and the colourful festivals celebrated in our country. Festivals in India are celebrated with great joy and happiness. The assembly was concluded with a mesmerizing dance presentation which was appreciated by all.
